I feel like the portion is shrinking compared to when they first opened. Meat on bulgogi fries so little. Soy garlic chicken not all pieces coated with the soy garlic sauce Hmm sad sad.. btw, for dine in can refill drinks & there is water dispenser for plain water.

I had a great experience here! A friend told me the food was good—and for once, they were right! The place was packed last night, but we only waited around 10 minutes to get seated. Not bad at all! Service was friendly, the food came out fast, and everything was delicious. My kids loved everything—which almost never happens unless there’s ice cream involved. My personal favorite? The cheeseburger. Juicy, cheesy, and totally worth the calories! Tip: Try coming a bit early if you’re visiting during peak hours—this place gets busy for a reason. Highly recommended if you’re hungry and craving something good!

Food is good. My beef burger is so nice it's better than burger lab and definitely mcD. The environment is a bit hectic tho. The queue to kiosk is a bit unmanaged and confusing. The kiosk itself are not as friendly to use, some does not accept credit card. The whole place is very noisy and a bit dirty. No services here, we make our own order, collect our own food, and clean our own table.

I’ve always loved the chicken at NakNak. So meaty and filling. Place is always crowded so have to venture there during off peak to savour the goodies.

Outlet sini best, bersih and staff very helpful. I will visit to this outlet again in future. Waiting only below 20mins for them to prepared my food.

The chicken was perfect, crispy but not oily. I tried their spiciest option, Spicy Gochujang, and it had a nice kick without being overwhelming. Served hot and really enjoyable.
